Rankings are not for sale

The order of every shortlist comes from the published scoring method and nothing else. Vendors do not see pages before they go live and cannot buy a higher position. We have no sponsored rankings; our disclosure page records any change to that.

Bylines

Everything on the site is credited to the TopToolAdvisor research desk. We do not create author names, personas or profile photos.

Sources

Statistics come from the people who produced them: government agencies, universities, research firms and the companies that ran the survey. For each figure we record the publisher, the title and link of the source, the year of the data and the exact sentence quoted.

Corrections

Found a wrong figure, an outdated price or a dead link? Email editorial@toptooladvisor.com. We review each report, fix the page when the report holds up, and change the updated date so readers can see it moved.

AI tools

We use software, including AI models, to locate sources, prepare drafts and compare quotes with their originals. No figure is published until the source checker has matched it to the original page, and the desk reviews each page before release.
