FastFund takes second place because it delivers real fund accounting at a price most small nonprofits can carry. The Standard plan at $50 a month covers fund accounting, a six-segment account number, budgeting, project tracking, expense and revenue allocations, bank integration and FASB-compliant financial statements, plus 990 reporting. Organizations that need accrual books, bills and receivables move to Premium at $110 a month, which adds accounts payable, accounts receivable and direct cost allocations. Everything else is a priced add-on, such as purchase orders, indirect cost allocations and extra users, so the bill grows in small steps. Araize also sells FastFund Payroll from $55 a month and FastFund Raising from $50 a month, and the LT bundle combines accounting and fundraising for very small groups from $300 a year. Support and onboarding are free with no setup fees. The trade-off is that the base plan is cash-based and single-user, so growing teams should price the add-ons before comparing.
