AdvancedMD ranks first because it covers the full claim cycle and still publishes how it charges. Claims run through a scrubbing engine that checks code edits and payer rules, then go out through a built-in clearinghouse that also brings back ERAs for posting. Denied claims land in A/R worklists next to aging and follow-up tasks, so billers work one queue instead of several reports. The Central Billing Office keeps every provider, practice and location in a single database with one login, which suits groups and billing services. Pricing is unusually open for this category: $429 to $1,070 per provider per month for medical specialties, $0.87 to $1.74 per claim for low-volume practices, $229 to $1,070 a month for billing companies, and 4 to 8 percent of collections if you outsource. The downsides are a higher entry price than RXNT and setup fees of up to $6,000 for complex migrations.
