Tebra is the most complete all-in-one option for a small practice that wants to run clinical, billing and growth work in one place. The cloud EHR covers patient history, e-prescribing, telehealth, labs, scheduling and MACRA and MIPS support, and AI Note Assist drafts clinical notes. Billing sits in the same workflow, with practice management, real-time insurance eligibility, claims management and patient payments. Beyond that, Tebra adds online scheduling, digital intake, HIPAA-compliant two-way messaging and reminders, plus a practice website, listings management and AI replies to reviews, which few EHRs bundle. The weak spot is price transparency: Tebra does not publish plan prices, though its pricing page does explain quote items such as one-time EPCS setup of about $75 per provider and PDMP integration at $500 per facility plus about $50 per user a year. Ask for the full quote, including those items, before you sign.
