Every plan includes an applicant tracking system: Core allows five job openings, with candidate records that hold resumes, cover letters, answers to custom questions and status, plus email and offer letter templates. When someone accepts, the new hire packet and onboarding checklist pick up from there, and the person becomes an employee record without retyping. For companies with 25 employees or fewer, Core is a flat $250 a month, Pro $425 and Elite $650. That price is the issue if hiring is all you need: JazzHR's Hero plan costs about a third as much per year. Five open jobs is enough for a few hires a year. Pick BambooHR when the HR database, time off and reporting are the main reason to buy and the ATS is a bonus.
