Beautiful.ai review

Beautiful.ai suits companies that care as much about consistency as speed. Its AI drafts a deck from a prompt and can take extra context from files or links, but the real strength is Smart Slides: more than 300 layouts that rearrange themselves as content is added, so slides stay tidy without manual alignment. AI content generation is unlimited on every seat, which removes the credit counting that most rivals use. The Team plan adds what brand and sales leaders ask for, including locked slides, a central slide and template library, a shared asset library, live data links to charts and viewer analytics with engagement alerts. PowerPoint import and export are included. The cost is higher than prompt-first tools: individuals pay $14.50 a month on annual billing, team seats are $40, and there is no permanent free plan, only a 14-day trial.
