Pricing depends only on the number of names you track: $29 a month for 75 names, $59 for 250, $99 for 1,000 and $119 for unlimited, with 10% off for paying yearly. The 30-day trial needs no credit card, and ChurchTrac imports people and families for you from a spreadsheet or your old system. Optional one-time services include a website and app build from $477 and accounting setup from $399. Weak spots: two-way texting, group messaging and a dedicated number sit in the Enhanced Messaging add-on, and churches with very large or multisite operations may want the deeper permissions and reporting found in Planning Center or Pushpay.
