Fund E-Z is a specialist built for nonprofits that have outgrown general business software. Its chart of accounts is designed around programs, funding sources, grants, sites and departments, transactions can be split across segments, and budgets can be set for each fund, program, project, grant or department in detail or summary. Financials can be printed by segment or segment combination, and every report drills down to source data. Audit features are strong: an audit tab records additions, changes and deletions, forced balancing rules protect data, and records for printed documents cannot be edited. The Pro edition adds purchase orders, indirect allocations, batch posting and segment security. Fund E-Z Hosted runs the software in a managed cloud with updates and backups handled for you. Add-ons cover fundraising, fixed assets and two niche needs, Medicaid billing and foster care billing. Prices are not published, so request a quote, and use the 30-day free trial to test reports.
