On top of that it adds hiring and onboarding, performance reviews with calibration, company surveys, learning programs, and compensation cycles with pay bands and workforce planning. Payroll runs natively in the US and UK, with integrations for other countries, which matters for firms whose staff sit outside those two markets. HiBob says more than 5,500 companies use it. The main drawback is cost transparency: there is no public price list, so you must go through a demo and a quote. Small single-office businesses will also pay for more than they use. For a company of a few hundred people in several countries that wants employees to engage with the HR system, it is a strong option.
