Highspot is the most balanced choice for a team that wants one place for content, plays and training. The entry Good package already covers AI-supported content governance, search and answers, Sales Plays, Digital Sales Rooms, CRM integration and analytics on content and initiatives. Better adds the readiness side: skills and competencies, AI-assisted course authoring, event-based and on-demand learning, adaptive learning with test-out and AI Role Play inside training. Best adds meeting intelligence, recaps and follow-up, rep and team scorecards for coaching, an MCP server and connections to Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Slack. The pricing page asks for team size and goals rather than listing numbers, so budget is only known after a sales call. Highspot is now part of Seismic, which still sells both products, and buyers signing multi-year contracts should ask how the two platforms will develop. For teams of 30 reps and up, the package structure makes it easy to start with content and add training later.
Who it is for
