Paperflite focuses on the content side of enablement and prices it openly. Starter, at $30 per user per month, includes a content hub, personalized content microsites, AI-powered content discovery, sync with SharePoint, Dropbox and Google Drive, an LLM search over the content library called SEEK and analytics for each asset. Professional at $50 adds CRM and Gmail or Outlook integrations, secure distribution, engagement analytics inside the CRM, a dedicated customer success manager, white labeling and SSO. Advanced at $60 adds AI content recommendations, content personalization at scale, digital deal rooms and predictive deal insights. Annual prices drop to $27.5, $47.5 and $57 with a 5-user minimum. The gap is training: there are no courses, learning paths or role play, so teams that need onboarding programs will pair it with a separate learning tool. As a content library with tracking that marketing can run, it costs less than the enterprise suites.
