Its Basic plan syncs calendars with Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com and adds an AI-powered unified inbox, while Starter adds a no-code website builder and booking widget, custom rates, secure payments and one-to-one onboarding. Professional adds automated messages, a Google Vacation Rentals listing and phone support, and Ultimate adds task management, check-in and checkout automation, owner payments and statements, guest invoices, a guest mobile app and a Turno subscription for turnovers. Dynamic pricing sets nightly rates from local demand and updates them daily for 18 months ahead; it is a 3-month trial on the lower plans and included on the top two. Every plan states a 0% booking fee. The pricing page showed euros from our location, so we list the USD price as pending. Lodgify suits hosts who want their own site to look good without a designer.
