MRPeasy is the easiest step up from spreadsheets for a small factory, and its pricing is among the clearest in this category. Even the $49 Starter plan includes production planning and reporting, BOM management, drag and drop rescheduling, lot traceability, kiosk-based shop floor reporting, supply chain and warehouse management, workforce planning, CRM and standard accounting. Professional at $69 adds a product configurator, co-product and disassembly BOMs, parallel and overlapping operations, quality control, serial numbers and subcontracting. User pricing becomes cheap at scale: after the 10th user, each additional 10 users cost $79 a month in total. Integrations cover QuickBooks Online, Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation and Power BI, so teams can keep an existing accounting tool. The limits are depth in finance and scheduling: larger plants with several legal entities or complex finite scheduling will outgrow it, and the features most manufacturers want for costing control sit on Professional and above.
