Senta keeps practice management simple: one per-user price covers every feature, with no record limits, no per-module charges and free portal access for clients. The CRM manages client relationships through email and SMS, and customizable workflows let a practice set up recurring jobs its own way. The client portal includes a secure document area and unlimited eSigning. Senta's financial insights connect to clients' accounting software and alert staff to anomalies, which helps bookkeepers spot problems before month-end. It integrates with FreeAgent, QuickBooks, Xero and GoProposal, and with thousands more apps through Zapier. Senta comes preloaded with jobs, workflows and emails, so a small practice can start quickly, and there is a 30-day free trial without a credit card. Its roots are in the UK market, and the US pricing page did not show a clear dollar price when we checked, so confirm the cost with Senta. US tax-season tooling is lighter than at TaxDome or Canopy.
