Members book through a branded app and web portal, where they can also manage memberships, update payment details, sign waivers, join waitlists and buy packs. Check-in works by barcode, self check-in kiosk, staff app or access control integrations, which helps at peak hours. Billing is automated with stored payment methods and retries for failed payments, and reporting tracks revenue, attendance and retention with churn alerts. Multi-location gyms get shared policies and central reporting.
