Micro Gym covers up to 50 active members for $75 a month with Gymdesk Payments or $100 without, Small covers 51 to 100 members for $100, Medium covers 101 to 150 for $150 and Large covers 151 to 250 for $200, all with Gymdesk Payments. Every plan includes unlimited staff accounts, a responsive gym website, memberships, booking, billing, point of sale, email and SMS automations, lead management and reporting with revenue forecasting. Frozen members, cancelled members and prospects are not counted. Gymdesk and Smoothcomp are now one company, so competitive grappling gyms can link tournament records to training. The add-ons are the main extra cost: a branded member app is $100 a month and door access starts at $100 a month for up to 3 doors. There is a 30-day trial with no credit card and no exit fee.
