It ranks sixth because the price is hard to beat for large rollouts but the setup is more involved than the leaders. Every plan, including Free, offers AI chat, in-depth research, custom chat agents, Quick Flows for routine tasks, and generation of docs, sheets, decks and web apps, with connectors for Slack, Microsoft 365, Google and QuickBooks. Plus at $20 per user billed annually adds shared Spaces and user management for up to 300 people. The organization plans start with Essentials at $3 per user per month plus a $250 infrastructure fee per account, with no seat cap, RBAC, SSO, data sovereignty controls and 24/7 AWS Support, but only 1 agent hour per user per month. Professional and Enterprise raise agent hours and storage.
