Box is the most complete content platform here for companies with heavy compliance and admin needs. Every business plan includes unlimited storage, integrated Box AI, unlimited e-sign requests, over 1,500 integrations and SOC 1/2/3 compliance support. Business allows 5GB uploads and charges for each external collaborator, Business Plus adds unlimited external collaborators, 15GB uploads and advanced admin controls, and Enterprise brings 50GB uploads, Box Hubs content portals, advanced workflows and security, plus FedRAMP Moderate and HIPAA support. Enterprise Plus adds threat detection and 24 hour support. That range makes Box a strong pick for regulated industries and for companies that share heavily with partners. It is less friendly for very small teams: plans need at least 3 users, the cheapest tier limits external sharing, and many admin features only appear on Business Plus.
