Storage is pooled across the organization, so a plan with 2 TB per user on Business Standard or 5 TB on Business Plus is shared by the whole team, and light users leave room for heavy ones. Every plan includes custom business email, and Gemini is available in Gmail on Starter and across Docs, Meet and more from Standard. Business Plus adds eDiscovery for legal and compliance holds, and Enterprise adds S/MIME encryption. The entry plan is the catch for file heavy teams: Business Starter includes only 30 GB per user, so most companies storing real archives will need Standard. Google also showed us local currency prices, so we could not confirm a USD figure and list pricing as pending.
