The Free Forever plan includes unlimited tasks, unlimited free members, kanban boards, calendar view and time tracking, with 60 MB of storage. Core, at $9 per user a month billed yearly, adds unlimited storage, unlimited Gantt charts and forms, 1K automations a month, guest permissions for client access and email in ClickUp. Business adds the planning tools an agency producer will look for: resource management, timesheets, the workload view, time in status reports and 10K automations. Enterprise adds white labeling. The gaps are on the money side: there are no rate cards, retainer budgets or invoices, so profitability lives in another system. ClickUp is also very configurable, which helps agencies with unusual workflows but means more setup time.
