Denticon review

Denticon is Planet DDS's cloud practice management system, built for DSOs and groups that need visibility across many offices. Planet DDS says more than 13,000 practices use its products. Front office tools include an advanced scheduler, SmartAssist for check-in to check-out tasks, Quick Fill for open slots, automated appointment messaging, two-way texting and online booking with digital forms. Revenue cycle tools cover interactive and automatic eligibility, batch claims and automatic 835 posting. Clinically, Denticon integrates Apteryx imaging with AI X-ray analysis, AI voice perio and restorative charting and an ortho module for multi-specialty teams. DentalOS AI Agents can make outbound calls to confirm appointments and reach overdue patients. Native analytics let staff run reports without coding. The drawbacks are no published pricing and a design that favors groups, so a single office may find it heavier than it needs.
