DocSend is not a full enablement suite, but it solves one common problem cheaply: sending sales content with control and knowing whether buyers read it. Personal costs $10 per user per month billed yearly, or $15 billed monthly, and includes shared links with access controls, document-level analytics, 4 eSignatures per month and unlimited visitors. Standard at $45 per user adds multi-file sharing, video and rich media analytics, file requests, custom branding and unlimited eSignatures. Advanced, at $150 per month with 3 users, adds lightweight data rooms called Spaces, visitor email authentication, dynamic watermarking and NDA gating. A content library with folders and full-text search is part of the core product. What it lacks is everything on the internal side: no playbooks, no training, no coaching, and Salesforce sync is an add-on. For a small team that wants tracked, secure content sharing, it is the cheapest way in.
Who it is for
Sales reps and small teams that mainly need to share decks and proposals securely and see who reads them.
