Eventzilla gives smaller organizers a surprising amount of conference tooling without a contract. Basic costs $1.50 per registration and covers unlimited events, registration forms, confirmation emails, invitations and onsite check-in and sales through the mobile app. Pro, at 1.9% plus $1.50, adds paid ticket types, a seating plan designer, discount codes, agendas with tracks, room block management, surveys, reminders and name badges. Plus, at 2.9% plus $1.50, adds conditional logic, white-labeled registration, speaker and abstract management, sponsor and exhibitor management, built-in live streaming and polls and Q&A. Free events stay free, though premium features for them cost $49 a month. The Scale plan swaps per-registration fees for annual pricing and adds onsite check-in and badge printing and an account manager. Payment processing fees are separate. For a few hundred attendees, Eventzilla is the cheapest serious option here.
