HeyTaco keeps recognition simple: teammates give each other tacos with a short thank-you inside Slack or Microsoft Teams, and the tacos feed leaderboards, levels and a rewards shop that the company sets up. The Classic plan costs $3 per user per month billed monthly and includes peer recognition, custom daily taco limits, unlimited teams and channels, customizable leaderboards with Taco TV, Quests that reward participation, a Taco Shop for your own rewards, insights and SSO. Deluxe, at $5 per user, adds automated birthday and work anniversary celebrations, instant gift cards with more than 2,000 options in 100+ countries fulfilled by HeyTaco, and advanced analytics. A Taco Chats add-on pairs teammates for casual one-to-one conversations for $1 per participating person. People are added to the bill when they first give or receive a taco, and a team plan lets you choose who to pay for. It is lighter on formal awards and nominations than the platforms ranked above it.
