Its visual studio connects email, SMS, push and in-app messages in one canvas, and teams can draft and send one-off alerts across push, SMS, email and WhatsApp. Embedded messaging and RCS business messaging are also covered. Nova is the AI layer: Nova agents help build and optimize audiences and campaigns, Nova Decisioning evaluates behavioral signals to choose the next best action within goals and guardrails, and Nova insights explain what is driving results.
