Notion fits teams that want their internal knowledge base inside the same workspace as their docs and projects. Its wiki pages support verification, so readers can see whether a page is current, and synced blocks let one edit update content wherever it appears. The sidebar, filtered search and @ links keep a growing workspace connected, and integrations bring Slack messages, Figma designs, Jira issues and GitHub pull requests into pages. Notion Sites can publish pages publicly, with a custom domain for $8 a month per domain on annual billing, so a small team can run a simple public help center. There is a free plan, and paid plans are Plus, Business and Enterprise, with SAML SSO and Notion Agent on Business. We could not see USD prices from our location, so the price check is pending. It lacks support features such as ticket deflection, help center widgets and article feedback analytics.
