Notion AI makes sense when a company's knowledge already sits in Notion, because the assistant works on those pages and databases directly. On the Business plan, Notion Agent completes multi-step tasks using context from Notion, connected apps and the web, AI Meeting Notes capture calls without a bot, and Enterprise Search reaches apps such as Slack and GitHub, though that is still in beta. Teams can mark pages as verified so they show up in search and AI citations, and the plan adds SAML SSO, private teamspaces and granular database permissions. Enterprise adds SCIM and zero data retention with Notion's LLM providers. Custom Agents that run tasks on their own cost $10 per 1,000 Notion credits after a free trial. Notion AI ranks eighth because it is tied to Notion as a workspace, the Free and Plus plans only get trial AI, and the pricing page showed euros from our location, so the USD price is pending.
