Ramp gives a finance team most of the spend stack on its Free plan. That tier includes unlimited cards with issuing controls, bill payments by ACH, card, check or wire with configurable approval workflows, automated invoice extraction, receipt matching, travel booking with a custom policy and sync with QuickBooks Online or Xero. The custom report builder and vendor tracking with price intelligence are also on Free, which is unusual. Plus, at $15 per user per month plus a platform fee based on team size, is where controls get stricter: cards can lock automatically when receipts are missing, budgets track against actuals in real time, and the accounting connector extends to NetSuite and Sage Intacct with multi-entity support. Purchase orders, intake workflows and three-way match come as a procurement add-on. The limits are mostly about scale. The platform fee makes Plus harder to price in advance, and local-currency cards in 30+ countries are reserved for Enterprise.
