Striven is a simpler step up from accounting software for service and project-based businesses. It combines accounting, CRM and sales management, projects and tasks, inventory and HR in one system, and adds customer, vendor and career portals that are free up to 100 records each. Standard costs $35 per user per month and Enterprise $70, with an extra $25 per user for teams under five users, so a three-person company pays more per head than the headline price. Striven says its free support covers chat, tickets and how-to questions, and it offers implementation guides and webinars. The trade-off is depth: it lacks the manufacturing and multi-entity functions of the larger ERPs here. For an agency, contractor or field service firm with 5 to 30 staff, that may not matter.
