Zoho One is the value pick for a small company that wants more than accounting without paying ERP license prices. The bundle includes 45+ apps, among them Zoho Books for accounting, Inventory for multi-warehouse stock and orders, Billing, Expense, Payroll, People, CRM and Desk, all managed from one admin console. On the US pricing page, all-employee pricing is US$37 per employee per month, labeled as a first-year price, and requires a license for every employee on payroll. Flexible user pricing lets you license only some staff, at US$90 per user per month. The trade-off is architecture: these are connected apps rather than one ERP database, so you have to decide which app owns customers, items and invoices. Companies that already use Zoho Books often find this the shortest path to an ERP-style setup.
