ZipRecruiter ranks fourth, a close call, for employers who would rather pay a known monthly amount than manage click budgets on several sites. A single post goes out to more than 100 job sites, and the company's matching technology scans resumes for skills, education and experience, then invites suitable candidates to apply, which helps when a role gets few organic applicants. ZipRecruiter describes its pricing as a fixed monthly rate with no charge per application or per click, sold as Standard, Premium and Pro plans, and new employers get a free trial. The weak spot is transparency: ZipRecruiter tailors plans and prices to the jobs you hire for, your industry and your urgency, so there is no public price list to compare, and its pricing page did not load from our location, so the price check is pending. It also lacks a permanent free tier, unlike Indeed, LinkedIn and Wellfound. Ask for the monthly figure and the number of job slots in writing before you commit.
