Kickserv is a low-cost option for small HVAC teams that need the basics. Start costs $60 a month for 5 users and includes an embeddable contact form for your website, automated email and text reminders, over 20 business reports, time and expense tracking and a QuickBooks Online integration. Run, at $119 for 10 users, adds dispatch mapping, GPS check-ins, custom data fields and custom reports, and Scale, at $199 for 20 users, adds custom templates and reviews. Annual billing saves 20%, and the Kickback program cuts monthly fees by 5% for companies that process a minimum amount in online payments, starting at $1,000 a month on Start. Kickserv is a general field service tool, though, and its pricing page lists no membership, service agreement, flat-rate or equipment tracking features, so HVAC companies that sell maintenance plans will outgrow it sooner than they would Housecall Pro or FieldPulse.
