KnowledgeOwl offers a broad feature set even on its entry plan. Basic costs $100 a month and includes 1 author and 1 knowledge base, with unlimited private and public readers, internal and external knowledge bases, SAML and Salesforce SSO, custom author roles, an AI chatbot, AI search and AI article creation, reader reports and full HTML, CSS and JavaScript branding control. Onboarding is unusually hands-on: Basic includes a monthly 1:1 call with their experts, Pro moves to bi-weekly calls, and migration is white-glove. Pro at $250 and Business at $500 raise content limits and analytics history. The pricing structure is the drawback. Every plan includes only one author, so a team of five writers on Basic pays $200 a month, and the jump to Pro is steep. There is a 30 day free trial and a 25% discount for nonprofits and B Corporations.
