The free plan includes unlimited tasks with checklists, comments and time tracking, unlimited team members, up to 3 projects, 5 notes and imports from Asana and Trello. Pro is the tier for small teams: unlimited projects and notes, external sharing, private projects, recurring tasks and automations, a personal dashboard and integrations with Slack, Google, Microsoft Teams, Zendesk and GitHub. Business adds timeline views with Gantt charts, subtasks, custom fields, custom reports, a team overview of workload and roles and permissions. We could not confirm US dollar prices from this location, so check the vendor's page. The tradeoff is that subtasks and custom fields, which many project tools include early, wait until Business.
