Microsoft 365 Copilot Business ranks third because it puts the chatbot where Microsoft shops already work. The add-on is listed from $18 per user per month paid yearly, down from $21, and Microsoft also sells Business Standard with Copilot at $23.50 and Business Premium with Copilot at $32.00 on annual terms. Microsoft lists Copilot inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, AI chat grounded in work data with a choice of language models, pre-built agents for research and data analysis, and access to Cowork and Autopilot. Enterprise Data Protection and analytics for adoption and usage come with the seat. The catch is the dependency: you need Microsoft 365 underneath, and the page notes usage-based billing for select advanced AI features, so the seat price is not always the full cost. Teams on Google Workspace or with no office suite get less from it than from a standalone chatbot.
