Microsoft 365 Copilot is the natural choice for companies that already run on Teams. Microsoft describes Copilot in Teams as recapping meetings, responding to chats and managing calls, and says it highlights action items from chats, so meeting notes appear where staff already work rather than in a separate app. The same license also brings Copilot into Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and adds pre-built agents such as Researcher, Analyst and Facilitator. On the US business page, the Copilot Business add-on was listed at $18 per user per month paid yearly, down from $21, or $25.20 billed monthly. That is an add-on, so it sits on top of a Microsoft 365 plan; Microsoft also sells Business Standard with Copilot at $23.50 per user per month paid yearly. The drawbacks are the higher combined cost compared with dedicated notetakers, a focus on Teams meetings, and usage billing for some advanced features.
