tl;dv suits teams that want generous free recording and a path to automated reporting. The Free plan records and transcribes unlimited meetings in more than 30 languages with unlimited storage, though AI notes are limited to 10 meetings. Pro at $18 per seat per month billed annually adds unlimited AI notes, custom note templates, action item assignment, follow-up email drafts, global transcript search, uploads and access to the MCP server, API and webhooks. Business at $29 per seat adds multi-meeting AI insights, scheduled AI reports, playbook monitoring, objection handling and team-wide automations, which pushes it toward sales coaching. tl;dv states it is GDPR and SOC 2 compliant and that data is hosted and stored in the EU, which helps European buyers. The limits are a 3 hour recording cap on every plan and an entry price above Fireflies.ai, Otter.ai and Fathom.
