ZoomMate is Zoom's AI assistant, and for teams that live in Zoom it removes the need for a separate notetaker. Before a meeting it can build an agenda, during the meeting My Notes captures content, and afterward it can update Salesforce, send follow-up emails or draft a slide deck. The paid ZoomMate plan includes unlimited AI note-taking, unlimited custom summary templates, a custom agent builder, agentic search across Zoom and connected apps, and 2,200 AI credits per user per month. The free ZoomMate Basic tier, bundled with Workplace Basic, allows meeting summaries and in-meeting questions for 3 hosted meetings a month and 3 uses of My Notes. The product reaches far beyond meetings into documents, workflows and agents, which is useful but adds options to learn. From our location the pricing showed only in zloty, so we could not verify a US dollar price.
