Zoom Phone is the natural choice for a company that already runs its meetings on Zoom. Calls, meetings and team chat sit in one Zoom Workplace app, so staff do not learn a new tool, and the phone can be bundled with Workplace Pro or Business Plus. The entry Global Select plan gives unlimited calling within one of 48 countries and territories, with metered international calls and an optional add-on for unlimited calling to 19 countries. Zoom lists AI call summaries, voicemail transcripts turned into tasks, Push to Talk, fax from a Zoom Phone number, shared lines, call queues and an auto dialer. For IT teams, it offers PSTN service in more than 49 countries or bring your own carrier, a 99.999% uptime SLA and Local Survivability for failover. Live queue data needs the paid Customer Engagement Pack. Zoom's pricing page showed only zloty from our location, so we could not verify a USD price.
