Odoo CRM review

Odoo's CRM is the only product here that is free with no user limit. The catch is in the plan's name: One App Free covers a single Odoo app, so the CRM stays free only while it is the one app you run. Inside that limit you get a Kanban pipeline that shows expected revenue per stage, scheduled calls and meetings with next-activity planning, incoming emails added to the pipeline automatically, AI lead scoring, automated lead creation and assignment, and revenue forecasts and dashboards. The upgrade path is the most unusual on this list. Paid Standard and Custom plans are priced per user and include every Odoo app, including sales, invoicing, accounting, inventory and projects, so the first paid step buys a whole business suite rather than a bigger CRM. Our US dollar price check is pending because the pricing page showed euros from our location. Expect more configuration than with HubSpot or Capsule.
