Starter costs $13 per month billed yearly and adds 3 team seats, CSAT and NPS, 1,000 AI credits, SSO, API access, webhooks and standard integrations including Intercom, GitHub, Slack, Zapier and Jira. Business at $38 per month billed yearly adds 10 seats, 5,000 AI credits a month, surveys, topic analytics, insights dashboards, a custom domain and branding removal. Newer AI features sort feedback into themes as it arrives, and an MCP server lets AI assistants query the data. Plans cap announcement views, popup views and email sends each month, so busy consumer apps should check those limits. Tracked users and feedback items are unlimited on every plan.
