Every plan includes unlimited feedback, unlimited portal users and unlimited view-only admins, who can see everything and query it through the UserVoice agent and MCP without changing data. Admins merge and label feedback, update statuses and reply to customers. The entry Launch plan starts at $1,000 per month, or $12,000 billed yearly, with 20 admins and $40 for each extra admin per month. It already includes Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack and Teams, sentiment analysis, segments, account insights, SCIM, white labeling and custom CSS, HTML and JavaScript. Business starts at $1,833 per month with 50 admins, a guided kickoff call, priority support and a customer success team. Gainsight is an add-on. The price makes no sense for small teams, and Launch onboarding is self-guided with help center docs, but large organizations get enterprise controls from the first tier.
