10 Best Sales Dialer Software of 2026
By the TopToolAdvisor research desk · Updated November 7, 2026 · Next review December 22, 2026 · 10 products scored
Our pick in brief
Orum is the strongest choice for full-time cold callers because unlimited dials, power and parallel modes, phone tree handling and a virtual salesfloor all come in the core plan, though it needs nine seats and a quote. Nooks matches it on dialing and adds sequencing, and Salesfinity and Trellus are the parallel dialers you can price and buy online. Kixie and JustCall pair a phone system with multi-line dialing for less, Close puts power and predictive dialers inside a CRM, PhoneBurner is a dependable single-line power dialer, and Aircall and Dialpad suit blended teams that mostly need a phone with a list dialer.
Quick answer
Orum is the best sales dialer software for SDR teams that cold call all day and want parallel dialing in 2026. Nooks suits teams that want a parallel dialer plus AI sequencing and a virtual salesfloor, and Salesfinity is the best published-price parallel dialer at $249 per license per month. JustCall is the cheapest power dialer here at $49 per user per month billed annually.
This list is for sales development leaders, inside sales managers and RevOps teams whose reps make dozens or hundreds of calls a day. We compared documented features and published prices for 10 dialers, from parallel dialers that ring several numbers per rep to phone systems and CRMs with a built-in power dialer, and scored each on features, ease of use and value. Prices are the cheapest plan that includes a power or parallel dialer, in US dollars as shown on the vendor's page when we checked. Orum, Nooks and Kixie do not show prices, so their pricing is marked as pending.

Price

We could not confirm a US price yet. Check the Orum pricing page.
Orum is built for one job: getting cold callers in front of live prospects as often as possible. The pricing page lists power and parallel dialing, unlimited dials, data enrichment, AI detection, international calling, voicemail drop and a voicemail sequencer in the core plan, along with up to 10 caller IDs a month. Its Operator agent handles phone trees and voicemail during parallel sessions so the rep joins only when a person is on the line, and Scout reviews dialing history to flag dead numbers. Managers get a virtual salesfloor with rooms, live listen and spotlighting. The trade-offs are commercial: Orum does not publish prices, asks for a minimum of 9 seats, and sells AI roleplay and scorecards as an add-on. A free trial is capped at 500 dials. For an SDR floor that lives on the phone, it has the deepest dialing toolkit on this list.
Strengths
- +No dial limits on any paid plan
- +Calling into the US, Canada and 160+ international countries and regions
- +Integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong
Drawbacks
- −Prices are not published and require a quote form
- −Minimum of 9 seats rules out very small teams

We could not confirm a US price yet. Check the Nooks pricing page.
Nooks lists parallel dialing, multi-line and power dialing, AI answer detection and what it calls zero latency audio at the top of its dialer features, then adds the number hygiene that high-volume teams need: spam protection, automated number rotation, reputation monitoring and carrier registration. During calls reps get live battlecards, real-time transcription and smart call scripts, and managers can listen in or whisper through the virtual salesfloor. Beyond the dialer, Nooks sells AI sequencing with call, email, SMS and social steps, buying signals and an AI account assistant, positioning itself as a replacement for Outreach or Salesloft sequencing. That breadth is the reason to choose it and the reason to be careful, since a team that only needs a dialer may pay for more than it uses. Prices are by quote only. For teams that want dialing and sequencing in one contract, it is a strong option.
Strengths
- +Spam protection and number rotation are part of the dialer
- +Live battlecards and real-time transcription during calls
- +Integrates with Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong and Apollo
Drawbacks
- −Pricing is quote-only
- −The wider platform is more than a team that only wants a dialer may need
- −No self-serve signup or published plan list
- Pricing model
- Custom quote
- Dialing modes
- Parallel, multi-line and power

Gold from $249 per license per month at list; Enterprise $299 on a 12-month plan
Quoted from the Salesfinity pricing page on November 7, 2026:
Gold $249 Calling.
Salesfinity is one of the few parallel dialers that prints its prices. Gold, at $249 per license a month at list, covers calling: unlimited dials on up to five lines, skipped voicemails and busy lines, rotating local caller IDs, unlimited number scoring, a virtual salesfloor, leaderboards, call recording with AI notes and voicemail drop. Enterprise at $299 on a 12-month plan adds the AI Sequencer, Live Assist objection help, AI list building, 200 mobile numbers a license each month and an AI assistant called Ari. Admin licenses for managers who watch and coach are free, and light licenses for account managers cost $99. Calling to the US and Canada is included, while 120+ other countries add $50. Teams of up to five can buy online. The entry price is high next to single-line dialers, but for a team that wants parallel dialing without a sales call, the transparency is a real advantage.
Strengths
- +Prices are published and teams of 1 to 5 can buy online
- +Admin licenses for managers who only coach are free
- +No setup or platform fee
Drawbacks
- −The cheapest plan is $249 per license, far above power dialers
- −Enterprise is a 12-month plan; month to month is on Gold only
- −International calling outside the US and Canada costs $50 extra
- Lines per rep
- Up to 5
- Plans
- Gold $249, Enterprise $299 per license per month

Power from $99.99 per seat per month; Power + Parallel $149.99; Business custom
Quoted from the Trellus pricing page on November 7, 2026:
Trellus costs $99.99 per seat per month for Power, which calls one number at a time, and $149.99 per seat per month for Power + Parallel
Trellus takes a different route from standalone dialers: it adds power and parallel dialing inside the platforms reps already work in, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Close, Attio, Google Sheets and Clay. The Power plan at $99.99 per seat per month calls one number at a time and includes voicemail drop, five extra phone numbers with spam remediation and a LinkedIn inbox for Sales Navigator. Power + Parallel at $149.99 calls up to five numbers at once, adds unlimited AI practice calls, eight extra numbers and higher dialing limits. Business, at custom pricing, adds team analytics, conversation intelligence, real-time coaching and custom reporting. There is no seat minimum, so a single rep can buy online. The catch is that managers who want team reporting must move to Business, and the virtual salesfloor is a separate request. For reps who want parallel dialing without leaving their sequencer, it is the simplest entry point.
Strengths
- +No seat minimum and online purchase
- +Works inside 28 integrations rather than as a separate app
- +Parallel dialing on five lines for $149.99 per seat, bought online
Drawbacks
- −Team analytics and conversation intelligence need the custom Business plan
- −Real-time coaching is limited to Business
- −Dialing limits are Standard on the Power plan
- Plans

Power dialer on Pro from $49 per user per month billed annually; Team plan $29 without the power dialer; SalesPro by quote
Quoted from the JustCall pricing page on November 7, 2026:
$ 49 per user/month, billed annually
JustCall is a phone system first, with dialers layered on top. The Team plan at $29 per user per month billed annually covers calling and CRM integrations, while Pro at $49 adds the power dialer, bulk SMS campaigns, queue callback, intelligent routing and a Salesforce CTI integration. Pro Plus at $89 adds AI coaching and tracking. For heavier outbound, the quote-only SalesPro plan lists a predictive dialer on up to 10 lines plus power and dynamic dialers, and JustCall's dialer page describes a parallel dialer that opens as many as ten lines per agent and passes through only answered calls. The 14-day trial includes SalesPro features, so teams can test multi-line dialing before talking price. Every plan needs at least two licenses. For teams that want a cheap power dialer plus SMS and do not need the deepest cold calling tools, JustCall offers the best price to features balance here.
Strengths
- +Lowest verified price for a power dialer on this list
- +14-day free trial with access to SalesPro features
- +Unlimited outbound minutes in covered regions under a fair usage policy
Drawbacks

Power dialer on Growth from $99 per user per month billed annually ($109 monthly); predictive dialer on Scale $139; Solo from $9
Quoted from the Close pricing page on November 7, 2026:
Growth $109 per user / month $99 per user / month
Close is a CRM that treats the phone as a core channel, so reps call, email and text from the same lead record. Its calling page describes a Power Dialer that queues the next call as soon as one ends and a Predictive Dialer that calls multiple leads at once and connects reps only when someone answers. On the pricing page the power dialer starts on Growth at $99 per user per month billed annually, or $109 monthly, together with workflows and bulk email. Scale at $139 adds the predictive dialer, live call coaching, unlimited call recording retention and lead visibility rules. Calling and SMS are passed through at cost, around $0.02 per minute for most outbound calls, and lines start at $1 a month. The cost of dialing is the catch: cheaper Close plans include calling but not the dialers. For teams that would otherwise pay for a CRM and a dialer separately, Close is a tidy single purchase.
Strengths
- +CRM, email, SMS and dialers in one subscription
- +Calling and SMS usage passed through at cost, around $0.02 per minute
- +30-day money-back guarantee
Drawbacks
- −Power dialer starts on the $99 Growth plan
- −Predictive dialing and live call coaching need Scale at $139

Power Dialer on Professional from $50 per license per month; Essentials $30 without it; minimum 3 licenses
Quoted from the Aircall pricing page on November 7, 2026:
$50 per license/month
Aircall is a phone system that many sales teams already know, and its Power Dialer sits on the Professional plan at $50 per license per month. The dialer imports up to 1,000 numbers and calls them in sequence, leaving time between calls for notes and tags, and runs on desktop and web. Professional also adds outbound call campaigns with automated retries, AI call summaries with sentiment and key topics, smart routing based on CRM data, queue callback, whisper and barge, user-level analytics and full API access. Essentials at $30 covers the phone system, SMS, IVR and recording but not the dialer. Both plans require at least three licenses, and extra numbers cost $6 a month. Aircall does not list a parallel dialer, so it is a better fit for teams that mix outbound lists with inbound calls than for pure cold calling floors. AI Assist Pro coaching is a $49 add-on.
Strengths
- +Unlimited calls within the US and Canada on Professional
- +Smart routing using CRM or help desk data
- +Free access to test the platform
Drawbacks
- −Minimum of 3 licenses
- −Power Dialer is not on the $30 Essentials plan

Standard from $140 per user per month billed annually ($165 monthly); Professional $165, Premium $183
Quoted from the PhoneBurner pricing page on November 7, 2026:
$140 per user/month billed annually
PhoneBurner is a single-line power dialer with its own CRM, aimed at teams that want every connected call to be a real conversation. All three plans include unlimited power dialing, workflow automation, sales cadences, custom dispositions, 1-click voicemails, email sending, click-to-call and call tracking. Standard costs $140 per user per month billed annually, or $165 monthly. Professional at $165 adds softphone dialing in the browser, Krisp noise cancellation, live call monitoring and coaching and an open API, and Premium at $183 adds a PhoneBurner number, custom inbound routing, call transcription with an AI note taker and SMS. Number monitoring and spam flag remediation come through the ARMOR add-on. PhoneBurner serves financial services, insurance, mortgage and solar teams among others. It does not offer parallel dialing, so it suits relationship calling better than cold B2B list blitzes, and the entry price is higher than phone systems with dialers.
Strengths
- +Free team admin account included
- +Over 100 integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho
- +Delay-free connections and a Tier 1 carrier on every plan
Drawbacks
- −$140 entry price is high for a single-line dialer

Contact center Essentials with Power Dialer from $89 per user per month; Advanced $119, Premium $149
Quoted from the Dialpad pricing page on November 7, 2026:
Essentials $89 user/month Everything you need to run a contact center, from day one.
Dialpad lists its Power Dialer on the contact center Essentials plan at $89 per user per month, alongside omnichannel routing, AI transcripts with recaps, PII redaction and sentiment, contact center analytics and Reach Booster, which adds local presence dialing and voicemail drop. The power dialer page describes automatic dialing of the next number when a rep is ready, voicemail drop, call recording, real-time monitoring with transcripts and AI Playbooks that check whether reps follow methods such as BANT, SPICED or SPIN. Call lists can be built from Salesforce records. Dialpad also sells separate Dialpad Sell plans from $39 per user, but the pricing page lists local presence and voicemail drop there and not the Power Dialer, so check with sales if you want the cheaper plan. Dialpad does not list parallel dialing. It fits teams that want AI and a dialer inside one contact center more than dedicated cold calling floors.
Strengths
- +Power dialer runs on the same app as calls, meetings and messaging
- +AI Playbooks track adherence to BANT, SPICED or SPIN
- +Salesforce integration for building call lists
Drawbacks
- −The dialer plan costs $89, more than JustCall or Aircall
- −Advanced and Premium are sold through sales
- −No parallel dialing listed
- Plans with Power Dialer
- Contact center Essentials $89, Advanced $119, Premium $149 per user per month
- Sales plans
- Dialpad Sell Essentials $39, Advanced $59, Premium $79
- Local presence

What to check before you buy
Choose power or parallel dialing first
A power dialer calls one number at a time and moves to the next when the rep is ready, which suits warm follow-up and relationship calls. A parallel dialer rings several numbers at once and connects the rep to whoever answers, which suits cold lists with low answer rates. Orum, Nooks, Salesfinity, Trellus, Kixie and JustCall SalesPro offer multi-line dialing; PhoneBurner, Aircall and Dialpad are single-line.
Count lines per rep
Parallel dialers cap how many numbers they ring at once. Salesfinity and Trellus dial up to five lines, Kixie up to four and JustCall's parallel dialer up to ten. More lines raise connect volume but also the chance that two people answer at once, so match the line count to how fast reps can pick up.
Protect caller ID reputation
Numbers that dial at volume get flagged as spam, which cuts answer rates. Look for number rotation, reputation monitoring and remediation: Nooks and Salesfinity build these in, while Kixie sells ConnectionBoost and PhoneBurner sells ARMOR as add-ons.
Check seat minimums and plan gates
Orum needs 9 seats, Aircall 3 and JustCall 2, while Trellus and Salesfinity sell single seats online. Many vendors keep dialers off their cheapest plan: Aircall's Power Dialer starts on the $50 Professional plan, JustCall's on the $49 Pro plan and Close's on the $99 Growth plan.
Confirm CRM logging
Dialers save the most time when calls, outcomes and recordings land in the CRM without manual entry. Check the native connector for Salesforce or HubSpot, and whether the dialer runs inside your sequencer, as Trellus does with Outreach, Salesloft and Apollo.
Common questions
- What is the difference between a power dialer and a parallel dialer?
- A power dialer calls one contact at a time and dials the next as soon as the rep finishes. A parallel dialer calls several numbers at once and connects the rep only to a person who answers, which raises the number of conversations on cold lists. Trellus sells both: Power at $99.99 and Power + Parallel at $149.99 per seat per month.
- How much does sales dialer software cost?
- Verified entry prices for dialer plans on this list run from $49 per user per month for JustCall Pro and $50 for Aircall Professional to $99.99 for Trellus Power, $140 for PhoneBurner Standard and $249 for Salesfinity Gold. Orum, Nooks and Kixie quote prices on request.
- Which sales dialer is best for a small team?
- Trellus has no seat minimum and sells parallel dialing online at $149.99 per seat per month. Salesfinity sells to teams of 1 to 5 online, and JustCall offers a power dialer from $49 per user with a two-license minimum.
- Do parallel dialers work with Salesforce and HubSpot?
- Yes. Orum, Nooks, Salesfinity, Trellus and Kixie all list Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, and Trellus also dials from inside Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo and Google Sheets.
- Can a CRM replace a separate dialer?
- Some can. Close includes a power dialer on its $99 Growth plan and a predictive dialer on its $139 Scale plan, and PhoneBurner includes its own CRM. Teams that already run a large CRM usually add a dialer that syncs to it instead.
