10 Best Sales Forecasting Software of 2026

By the TopToolAdvisor research desk · Updated November 7, 2026 · Next review December 22, 2026 · 10 products scored

Our pickClari ForecastRevenue leaders at midsize and enterprise sales orgs who run a weekly forecast across several teams and segments.8.5

Our pick in brief

Clari Forecast is the strongest pick for a multi-team sales org that wants AI-checked forecasts, pipeline change tracking and risk alerts in one place. Gong Forecast is the better fit if your team already records calls in Gong, since it reads those signals into each deal. On a smaller budget, Forecastio adds AI and time-series forecasting to HubSpot from $249 per month, and Weflow does the same for Salesforce at $39 per user. HubSpot Sales Hub and Salesforce Sales Cloud cover forecasting inside the CRM if a roll-up and weighted pipeline are enough. Aviso and Xactly suit enterprises that want forecasting bundled with a wider revenue or compensation platform.

Quick answer

Clari Forecast is the best sales forecasting software for revenue leaders running a weekly forecast call across several teams in 2026; Gong Forecast suits teams that want the number checked against call and email signals. The cheapest dedicated option is Forecastio, at $249 per month billed annually for 2 HubSpot seats.

This list is for CROs, sales VPs and RevOps leads who have outgrown the forecast report in their CRM and want a call they can defend to the board. We compared documented features and published prices for 10 tools: dedicated revenue forecasting platforms, add-ons that sit on top of Salesforce or HubSpot, and CRM suites with forecasting built in. Each is scored on features, ease of use and value. Prices are in US dollars as shown on the vendor's page on the date we checked, for the cheapest plan that documents forecasting. Clari, Gong, Aviso and Xactly sell through quotes, so their pricing is marked as pending.

Clari Forecast is the most complete forecasting product on this list for a sales org with several teams, segments and revenue types. Its Forecast AI is trained on your own history and predicts outcomes from deal size, stage and velocity, and the AI Forecast Agent adds live rep activity so the number reflects what is happening this week, not what reps typed last month. Leaders can split the forecast by bookings, renewals, region, segment, account size or period, and a single dashboard shows individual and team calls side by side. Week-over-week pipeline insights flag slipping deals and stalled buying activity, and risks can trigger next best actions in the seller workflow. Clari is now sold as part of the Salesloft platform, which also covers cadences, deals and conversation intelligence. That is useful if you want one vendor, but it can mean paying for more than forecasting. There is no published price, so expect a quote and an onboarding project.

    Strengths

    • +Separate views for bookings and renewals in the same forecast
    • +Pipeline changes and risky deals surface alongside the number
    • +Connects to Salesloft's cadences, deals and conversation intelligence

    Drawbacks

    • −No published pricing

We could not confirm a US price yet. Check the Gong Forecast pricing page.

Gong Forecast is the natural choice for teams that already use Gong to record and analyze sales calls. Instead of trusting the stage and close date a rep typed into the CRM, its AI Revenue Predictor draws on what Gong describes as more than 300 signals, including calls and emails, and Gong claims 20% more precision than algorithms based on CRM data alone. The product comes in two tiers. Forecast Essentials covers pipeline inspection with unlimited deal boards, account boards, an AI Deal Reviewer, win/loss insights and deal drivers. The full Gong Forecast tier adds forecast submission, the AI Deal Predictor, forecast analytics and the AI Revenue Predictor for rolling up and checking the team's call. Dashboards, a metric library and target management cover reporting. Pricing is not published: Gong licenses per user and adds a platform fee based on user count. Teams without Gong's recording in place lose much of what separates it from other tools.

    Strengths

    • +Gong says its model uses 300+ signals rather than CRM fields alone
    • +Risk flags draw on what buyers actually said on calls
    • +Essentials tier for teams that need pipeline inspection before roll-ups

    Drawbacks

    • −No published prices; Gong charges per user plus a platform fee
    • −Most of the value depends on also using Gong's conversation recording
    • −Forecast submission and AI revenue prediction need the full Forecast tier, not Essentials

Sales Forecasting $249 per month billed annually with 2 seats, extra seats $49; Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence $369

Quoted from the Forecastio pricing page on November 7, 2026: $249 / month (billed annually)

Forecastio is the most affordable way on this list to put a dedicated forecasting layer on top of HubSpot. The Sales Forecasting plan costs $249 per month billed annually with 2 seats included, and extra seats are $49 each. It runs three forecasting methods side by side: AI, weighted pipeline and time-series, so a leader can compare the rep roll-up with what history and the pipeline suggest. Forecast submissions and roll-ups, what-if scenarios, accuracy tracking and an audit trail are all on the entry plan, plus agents that review the forecast and track its accuracy. The $369 Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence plan adds pipeline health, slippage and velocity analysis, deal maps and signals, deal review and win/loss agents, and manager dashboards. The obvious limit is the CRM: Forecastio is built for HubSpot and nothing else. A one-month free pilot lets you test it on your own pipeline before paying.

    Strengths

    • +Published prices with 2 seats included
    • +One-month free pilot before you pay
    • +Three forecasting methods side by side on the entry plan

    Drawbacks

    • −Works only with HubSpot

    HubSpot Sales Hub

HubSpot's sales CRM, with a forecasting tool that rolls up deals by team and adds AI forecasting on Professional.

Free plan; Starter from $20 per seat per month; AI forecasting on Professional from $100 per seat per month

Quoted from the HubSpot Sales Hub pricing page on November 7, 2026: Professional Starts at $100/month per seat

HubSpot's forecasting tool is the simplest upgrade from a CRM report because it is the CRM. Forecasts pull deals directly from HubSpot, so there is no export to spreadsheets, and the team rollup view lets a manager see the forecast by team and drill into each one. Forecast categories and models are customizable, the tool covers multiple pipelines, and service teams can forecast renewals and upgrades with the same categories as sales. Weighted pipelines, historical snapshots and filters support reporting, and forecast permissions control who can submit. The hierarchy follows the teams already configured in HubSpot. AI-powered forecasting is listed on Professional, which starts at $100 per seat per month, and Enterprise starts at $175. The limit is the input: HubSpot forecasts what is in the CRM, so a team with stale close dates gets a stale forecast. Teams that need AI checks on top often add Forecastio.

    Strengths

    • +Forecasts come straight from CRM deals, with no export to spreadsheets
    • +Service teams can forecast renewals with the same categories
    • +Forecast permissions keep submissions under control

    Drawbacks

    • −AI forecasting starts on Professional at $100 per seat
    • −Accuracy depends on reps keeping deal fields up to date
    • −Fewer risk signals than dedicated forecasting platforms

We could not confirm a US price yet. Check the Aviso pricing page.

Aviso is a full AI revenue platform where forecasting is one module among conversation intelligence, relationship intelligence, coaching and sales engagement. Its forecast rolls up automatically across reps, categories and teams, with best case and most likely figures and pacing against the target, and updates across reports in real time. The distinctive piece is WinScore, a deal score built from CRM data, multi-channel engagement, conversations and historical deal trends; managers can toggle deals in or out of commit with one click based on the score. Aviso also documents consumption forecasting that turns account usage into ARR or MRR, which matters for usage-priced businesses, and it can combine that with traditional pipeline forecasts. A mobile app covers forecast reviews on the go, and Salesforce sync runs both ways. Pricing is on request only, and the breadth of the suite means a longer setup than a focused add-on.

    Strengths

    • +Covers usage-based revenue as well as pipeline
    • +Deal scores feed directly into the commit decision
    • +Integrates with Salesforce and other CRMs

    Drawbacks

    • −No published pricing
    • −A wide suite that takes time to configure
    • −More modules than a forecasting-only buyer needs

Deal Intelligence & Forecasting $39 per user per month billed annually, 10-user minimum; bundles from $49

Quoted from the Weflow pricing page on November 7, 2026: Deal Intelligence & Forecasting ($39/user/month)

Weflow is the Salesforce counterpart to Forecastio: a focused forecasting and deal intelligence layer with a published price. The Deal Intelligence & Forecasting product costs $39 per user per month billed annually, with a 10-user minimum and no platform, implementation or usage fees. Reps submit forecast calls deal by deal, Weflow rolls them up across the role hierarchy, and you can run several roll-ups, for example for new logo and renewal. Week-on-week changes in each call are tracked, and automatic opportunity snapshots show what moved in the pipeline and why. An AI model combines historical and current deal data to predict a forecast corridor, and 50+ AI deal risk indicators feed a 0 to 100 deal score. Pipeline analytics include 30+ prebuilt metrics such as pacing, waterfall and stage conversion. Activity capture and conversation intelligence are sold separately or in bundles from $49, so clean CRM data may cost extra.

    Strengths

    • +Published per-user price with no platform or implementation fees
    • +Week-on-week tracking of forecast call changes
    • +Data is written back to Salesforce objects

    Drawbacks

Growth from $9 per user per month billed annually; forecasting insights on Enterprise at $59

Quoted from the Freshsales pricing page on November 7, 2026: $59 /user/month, billed annually For mid to large-sized businesses Enterprise Everything in Pro, plus: Forecasting insights

Freshsales is on this list for teams that want forecasting inside a CRM without Salesforce or HubSpot Professional prices. Forecasting insights are part of the Enterprise plan at $59 per user per month billed annually, which is the lowest seat price here for a CRM tier that documents forecasting. Enterprise also adds field-level permissions, custom modules, a sandbox and audit logs on top of Pro, which brings contact scoring, deal insights, territory management and sales sequences. The Growth plan starts at $9 per user but does not list forecasting. A 21-day trial gives access to the full CRM. The trade-off is depth. Freshworks documents forecasting as insights rather than a full roll-up and submission workflow, so a leader who runs a formal weekly forecast call across several managers will likely outgrow it. For a small team moving off spreadsheets, though, it puts deals and forecast insights on one record at a modest price.

    Strengths

    • +The lowest per-seat price here for a CRM plan that includes forecasting
    • +21-day trial of the full CRM
    • +Simple three-tier pricing

    Drawbacks

    • −Forecasting needs the top Enterprise plan

Free Suite; Starter Suite $25; forecasting from Pro Suite at $100 per user per month billed annually; Core $195

Quoted from the Salesforce Sales Cloud pricing page on November 7, 2026: $ 100 USD/User/Month (Billed annually)

Sales Cloud is where many forecasts already live, and its built-in tools go further than most CRMs. Pro Suite, at $100 per user per month billed annually, adds sales quoting and forecasting to the Starter features. Core, at $195, adds advanced pipeline management and forecasting, opportunity scoring, conversation intelligence and APIs. The comparison table lists Pipeline Inspection, deal insights, waterfall charts, opportunity splits, sales territories, consumption forecasting, embedded forecast charts and a forecasting mobile app, with predictive forecasting on the higher editions. Revenue Intelligence, an analytics add-on, starts at $220 per user. The strength is structure: splits and territories model complex teams that many add-ons struggle with. The weakness is cost and effort. Real forecasting starts four tiers in, and Salesforce configuration usually needs an admin or partner. Teams that only need better predictions on top of an existing org can often get there with Weflow for less.

    Strengths

    • +Forecasts live on the same opportunities as the rest of the sales process
    • +Splits and territories handle complex team structures
    • +A 30-day free trial for all Sales Cloud editions

    Drawbacks

    • −Advanced forecasting starts on Core at $195 per user
    • −Revenue Intelligence is an add-on from $220 per user

Quoted from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales pricing page on November 7, 2026: Dynamics 365 Sales Professional $65.00 user/month, paid yearly

Dynamics 365 Sales makes most sense for companies that already run on Microsoft 365. Forecasts are configured by revenue or quantity, with a hierarchy, access permissions and grid columns, and a sample configuration is ready to publish so admins can learn by adjusting it. If nothing is configured, sellers still see a default forecast for the current month. Microsoft's pricing footnotes list forecasting with advanced sales force automation and predictive forecasting with advanced sales engagement, alongside pipeline intelligence and predictive opportunity scoring. Sales Professional costs $65 per user per month paid yearly, Enterprise $105 and Premium $150, so check with Microsoft which edition covers the forecasting you want before you buy. Copilot features reach into Outlook and Teams, and Power BI handles deeper analytics. Microsoft's own documentation notes that forecasting is not supported on mobile devices or Government Community Cloud, which rules it out for some field teams.

    Strengths

    • +Forecasts by revenue or by quantity
    • +Works with Outlook, Teams and Power BI
    • +30-day free trial

    Drawbacks

    • −Microsoft's footnotes place forecasting in advanced feature groups, so the right edition takes checking
    • −Forecasting is not supported on mobile devices or Government Community Cloud

We could not confirm a US price yet. Check the Xactly Forecasting pricing page.

Xactly is best known for sales compensation, and its forecasting product makes the most sense for companies that plan quotas, territories and commissions in the same platform. Xactly Forecast combines CRM data with AI insights to show pipeline health, where deals have moved and which deals may slip, in customizable forecasting views. Forecasts can cover new business, renewals, product-specific teams and overlay teams, and a central dashboard brings together data from CRM and ERP systems to measure rep and team performance, which helps finance and sales work from the same projections. Sellers get guidance on next actions, opportunity milestones and alerts. Pricing is by quote only. The case for Xactly over a dedicated tool such as Clari is integration with compensation and planning: if quotas and payouts already run in Xactly, the forecast shares their data. If not, the setup effort is harder to justify for forecasting alone.

    Strengths

    • +Pulls CRM and ERP data into one forecast dashboard
    • +Sits next to Xactly's quota, territory and commission tools
    • +Handles overlay and product-specific teams

    Drawbacks

What to check before you buy

Start from the CRM you already run

Most forecasting tools read deals from one CRM. Forecastio works only with HubSpot and Weflow only with Salesforce, while Clari, Gong, Aviso and Xactly connect to the major CRMs. If the CRM's own forecast tab already gives you roll-ups and categories, the question is whether an add-on adds enough accuracy to pay for itself.

Separate roll-ups from predictions

A roll-up collects each rep's and manager's call and adds it up. A prediction is the tool's own number, built from deal history and activity. HubSpot and Salesforce entry tiers cover roll-ups; AI predictions usually sit on higher tiers or in dedicated tools such as Clari, Gong, Forecastio and Weflow.

Check which signals feed the model

Tools that read only CRM fields inherit the CRM's data quality. Gong uses calls and emails, Clari and Weflow add live rep activity, and Aviso combines CRM data, engagement and conversations. If reps rarely update deals, pick a tool that captures activity on its own.

Plan for renewals and consumption revenue

If part of your number is renewals, expansion or usage, confirm the tool can run separate forecasts for them. Clari filters by bookings and renewals, Weflow runs multiple roll-ups for new logo and renewal, and Aviso and Salesforce document consumption forecasting.

Price the whole team, not one seat

Pricing models vary: Forecastio charges per workspace with 2 seats included, Weflow has a 10-user minimum, CRM suites charge per seat on the tier that includes forecasting, and enterprise platforms quote per user plus platform fees. Model the cost for every rep and manager who will submit a call.

Common questions

What is sales forecasting software?
It predicts how much revenue a sales team will close in a period. Most tools roll up each rep's and manager's call, compare it with weighted pipeline or an AI prediction, and flag deals that put the number at risk.
Why use a forecasting tool instead of a CRM report?
A CRM report adds up what reps entered. Dedicated tools such as Clari, Gong and Weflow track pipeline changes week to week, capture activity reps do not log and compare the team's call with a model built on deal history.
What is the cheapest sales forecasting software?
Among dedicated tools, Weflow costs $39 per user per month billed annually with a 10-user minimum, and Forecastio costs $249 per month for 2 HubSpot seats. In CRMs, Freshsales lists forecasting insights on its $59 Enterprise plan.
Does HubSpot have sales forecasting?
Yes. HubSpot's forecasting tool offers team rollups, forecast categories, weighted pipelines and historical snapshots, and HubSpot lists AI-powered forecasting on Sales Hub Professional, which starts at $100 per seat per month.
How much does Clari cost?
Clari does not publish prices; Clari Forecast is quoted by sales and is now sold within the Salesloft platform. Gong, Aviso and Xactly also price their forecasting by quote.
